Occupying over 50 mu (approximately 33,000 square meters), the factory features six large-scale production workshops with a total building area of 20,000 square meters. It is fully equipped with non-destructive testing facilities, a physical and chemical testing laboratory, and a welding laboratory, forming a robust and comprehensive quality assurance system.

Our technical team includes 4 senior engineers, 11 engineers, and 6 full-time designers, capable of designing a wide range of pressure vessels and customized non-standard equipment.

The factory houses more than 100 sets of production equipment, including CNC vertical lathes (φ2m–φ10m), an 80×3000 plate rolling machine, boring machines, milling machines, planers, CNC cutting machines, submerged arc welding machines, and CO₂ gas shielded welding machines. In addition, the facility is equipped with 13 lifting units, with a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons.
