Specifically designed for the transport of reactive and pyrophoric Alkyl Metals (UN 3394)
Certified under the UN T21 standard for the safe international movement of hazardous chemicals
Constructed with durable 16MnDR steel, offering robust resistance to both mechanical stress and chemical reactions
Equipped with essential safety features like a relief valve and fusible plug to prevent overpressure risks
Capable of handling a volume of 7520 liters and a maximum working pressure of 6 bar
The CG1.9 tank container is built for transporting Alkyl Metals (UN 3394), highly reactive materials that present significant safety risks due to their sensitivity to moisture and air. This portable tank meets stringent IMDG CODE and GB/T150 standards and is fabricated from 16MnDR steel, which is 12mm thick, ensuring durability against chemical and physical stress. Designed to safely operate at a maximum working pressure of 6 bar, the tank has been pressure-tested to 18.2 bar. Integrated safety features, including a DN80 relief valve and fusible element, offer vital protection during high-risk transport.

Ensure the container is properly grounded before filling or unloading to avoid electrostatic discharge
Do not allow moisture or water to come in contact with the tank, as Alkyl Metals react violently when exposed to water
Only authorized personnel with proper training should be allowed to operate and maintain this tank container
Keep the operating pressure below the maximum limit of 6 bar at all times, regularly check the relief valve functionality
Always ensure that the tank is within the prescribed temperature range of -40°C to +70°C
Perform regular inspections of the fusible element and relief valve for potential wear or damage
